I have three finals to study for, a 6 page investigative scientific report on the May 18, 1980 eruption of Mt. St. Helens to do, and five chapters of a textbook to highlight....yet I'm sitting here watching old reruns of Grey's Anatomy because I just can't be bothered with all that other stuff.

YAY!!!!

Today, I got my grades from Spring Semester. I made A's in Geography 102 and the lab for that. I got a C in Accounting, and a C in Computer class. The C's aren't great, but I was actually expecting to make an F in Computer class, as I pretty much just blew off the entire last quarter of the semester. The C in Accounting reflect the huge amount of boredom I felt in the class.

Overall, while not thrilled with getting two C's, I am quite happy that it wasn't worse than that.

Now to enjoy a much needed break from all things scholastic until August, when I start Fall Semester.

And I'm really looking forward to my trip in July to visit with [livejournal.com profile] eternalmusings and [livejournal.com profile] sam_gamgee.

grrr...

I hate being stupid. But even more than that, I hate being told that I'm stupid. It really pisses me off. This is why I've decided to drop my Pre-Calculus Algebra class.

I'll still be taking 10 credit hours for the semester, which isn't really enough if I want to graduate in 2014, but I figure I can pick it up somewhere else sometime, or possibly a summer course one year.

Now I have to do excellently in my other classes, as I now seem to have all the time in the world for all that homework I say I don't have time for but really just don't want to do.

Love me, I feel miserable. Offers to put a hit out on her head are greatly appreciated. She's Italian, I'm sure she'll understand.

so I'm drinking it away.

I LOVE VODKA!!!!

I don't understand the math. No, teacher, your examples don't help. I still don't understand how to subtract f(x) from f(x+h). Thank you kindly for not trying.

The accounting is easy. Too easy. It's making me suspicious.

The teacher for my computer class, the one where I'm supposed to be learning PowerPoint and Access, is still a 50 year old douche, making his way through puberty.

Seriously, how hard is it to just answer a stupid question? Telling me to read my chapter is NOT WORKING!!!! I read the damn chapter four times. If I could have found the answer without having to get within breathing distance of you, I would have!!!

Now I'm going to go enjoy my Kindle while enjoying my vodka and see if I can de-stress a bit before tonight's Geography class.

I GOT ACCEPTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For a few weeks now, I've been going back and forth, trying to get into school so I can continue my education.

Today, I found out that I was accepted by the University of South Alabama to start my Freshman year this summer. I'm so excited. I can't wait to go back to school and bitch about not being able to do the work and get all stressed out about my grades and stuff.

I just read that I have to go to Freshman Orientation on May 21st. So, sometime between now and then, I really need to figure out what I want to study.
