Chess cake is easy. You take a yellow cake mix and mix it with a stick of butter and an egg. Then you pat it into a pay like a pie shell. Then you mix a package of creme cheese with 2 cups of powdered sugar and 3 eggs and pour this mixture over the cake mix. Bake for about half an hour on 350. Then you let it cool. It will shrink as it cools and this is perfectly natural. Once cooled, you sprinkle powdered sugar over it and voila.

Monster cookies are chocolate chip cookies with huge chunks of chocolate chips and M&Ms in them. I called them monster cookies when I was wee itty bitty because she made them huge!
