I too sleep with a bear, Penny my panda bear. I've had her since I was six. she keeps me from rolling onto my tummy at night, which keeps my back from hurting all the next day. Penny is my hero. Although she had her nose button chewed off by my dog in 1982, I think she's forgiven me.
