You can copy it onto your image hosting place if you want to. If you don't have an image hosting place, http://www.photobucket.com/offers free hosting. :)
To make a line of text sparkle you have to add a span tag like so:
< span style="font-size : 32px ; background: url(http://bunny.fates.org/Rsparkle3.gif)">Text you want to sparkle
You can change the size of the text by altering the 32px to any height you want. And if you want to use your copy of the sparkle just change the url listed in the parentheses. :)
