Just got back from the doctor...
Nov. 16th, 2006 11:52 amI haven't lost anymore weight as of yet. But on the plus side, I haven't gained any either. I possibly have tendonitis in my shoulder, which would explain the horrible pain I've been having for the past month. Got a refill on my prescription vitamin.
Someone told my current boss that I was putting in applications for a new job. I got a voice mail while at the doctor's office from my manager wanting to know what's up and saying that we need to have a talk.
And some random information that I picked up from my perusal of the office wall hangings:
Wanna know why they don't have a cure for the common cold, cancer, or HIV yet? Because they're too busy coming up with treatments for such serious conditions as: Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS), which causes you to move your legs around when you're resting; Facial Muscular Spasms, which causes those little muscle ticks in your face; and yes, ladies and gentlemen, they now have a treatment for Yawning. I kid you not, you can actually take medication for excessive yawning. Pardon me while I wonder what happened to the time honored treatment of GOING TO SLEEP to keep that nasty yawning at bay.
