First, I want to let everyone know that I am alive. It takes more than a hurricane to keep me away from the internet for too long of a time. I'd like to thank everyone for their well wishes and encourage anyone who can afford to to please donate whatever you can to the hurricane katrina relief at redcross.

Secondly, Today is a very special day, as it says in the subject. Today is the anniversary of the day of my girlfriends birth. So let's all give her smacking kisses and huge presents.

So I'm guessing your house is okay if you're online? We've been donating all we can and will keep doing so, maybe you could keep us posted about what's going on in Mobile and if there's anything we can send your way to help things along?

Everything is fine at my house. When we came back to it to check it out, all that was wrong was a missing window screen, a tree that had moved from one side of the house to the other, and a few shingles that came loose.

Everything in Mobile is pretty much fine. There are still a few rural areas that don't have power yet, but they're working on that and expect to have it all back up within the next couple of days. Everything is returning to normal.

Zee phone numbah is saveded in me cell thingie. Mine is 251-680-8955. Only, right now, it's got no juice left in it as I desperately need to charge it.
