I've done something to my back. I don't know if it's a pulled muscle or a slipped disk or what, but it hurts like hell. I can't sit up for long periods of time or stand for even that long, all I've been able to do without excessive pain is lie in my bed and watch Stargate. And while this is good for my mental health, it's not doing anything at all for the part where I'm supposed to be exercising to lose weight.

BTW, did I say OWWWWW yet? Cause OWWWWWWWWWW.

Awwww... I so feel your pain. I threw my back out yesterday when I was cleaning. I'll tell you what my mom told me to do... put an icepack on it because it will cause the muscles to tighten back up and most likely pop things back into place, plus, numbing is always good.

Thanks. It's already feeling some better. I was able to stand up straight for about 15 minutes today. Plus, Mom's a nurse, she has the good stuff I can take.
