YAY!! I have a good diet update.

It's been a while since I've done one of these. I got very depressed about the fact that I gained some weight back over the holidays - I'd gone back up to 318 in Feb when I went to the doctor. But now I seem to be back on track.

Starting weight: 346 pounds
Current Weight: 308 pounds
Total Loss: -38 pounds

For the British friends, that's a loss of 17.27 Kilos.

This makes me happy. I know it's only 10 pounds, but at least I'm moving in the right direction again. She wants me back in 3 months, on July 17, and wants me to be at 270-275. ARGGH!!

It's taken me since August to lose the 38 pounds, now she wants me to double that in 3 months. OMG!!!

Yeah, but CJ? Canada changed to Metric about the time we got married in 1973!!! You'd think I could've adjusted by now! LOL.

Well, I buy gas in litres and such. Meat is sold in kilos only now, too but there are enough oldsters like me around still, so the signs always give the amount per pound, too! Heh heh.

I FINALLY say a LITRE of milk instead of a quart of milk, but a pound of butter is still a pound of butter, even though it's actually 545 gms. Heh heh! =>}
