So, does this mean they now have fully powered ZPM's? And, if so, doesn't this fall into the column of them being too powered for the Wraith to be much of a threat to them anymore?


And, if both of those questions get a yes, what kind of enemies do you think we'll be looking at now?

They have three fully powered ZPMs, yes, so I guess the second answer is also a yes, to some extent (they could probably still do some damage, considering the Ancients did also have three ZPMs, and were still annihilated--pretty much). And I'm not far enough along in the season to be able to answer the third question. *g*

Well, you know one of those ZPMs is going to Earth, leaving them with two ZPMs. So while they're now in a better position to defend themselves against the Wraith, the Wraith are still a threat. As Sofy said, the Ancients had as many ZPMs as they could make and they got spanked by the Wraith. And you know something will happen to ruin their good fortune. This is Stargate, after all.

Very true, all of it. But at the same time, now that the Replicators are dealt with and the Ancients are all dead, I think they need to up the threat that the Wraith present. If they keep having these little battles against them, with neither side really winning or losing, it'll eventually start getting boring.

It's the same thing that happened on SG1, when they had to go and introduce the Replicators in the first place.

They dealt with the replicators who were in Atlantis, but not everyone from that planet was there. Remember that the leader said there were *billions* of them.

And I agree that it's a pretty boring storyline, but it'll come back at some point, they've left the door open for it. *sigh*
