I? Am in excruciating pain. I, my friends Sonja, Angie, and Jackie, all went to Pride weekend in Pensacola, FL this weekend. Which is a great thing. I've never been and really wanted to see what it was like.

The one thing I forgot? Sunscreen. I am so red and burnt that lobsters make fun of me. Every square inch of my body hurts with every movement, every breath. My calf muscles get horribly painful cramps in them when I stand up, which nearly throws me to the ground.

So yea, OW!!!!

It is common sense to take a method and try it. If it fails, admit it frankly and try another. But above all, try something.

Oh, poor you!

If you can get ahold of some Solarcaine, do so. It's a topical anesthetic that might help you with the pain. It also helps to hydrate your skin!

*VERY gentle hugs*

(an ice cold bath might help, too!)

OW OW OW!! Try self tanner over the burn - the doctor recommended it when I had sun poisoning a few years ago. All the redness was gone within and few applications and the pain, as well. It was a life saver.
