I? Am in excruciating pain. I, my friends Sonja, Angie, and Jackie, all went to Pride weekend in Pensacola, FL this weekend. Which is a great thing. I've never been and really wanted to see what it was like.

The one thing I forgot? Sunscreen. I am so red and burnt that lobsters make fun of me. Every square inch of my body hurts with every movement, every breath. My calf muscles get horribly painful cramps in them when I stand up, which nearly throws me to the ground.

So yea, OW!!!!

Oh, poor you!

If you can get ahold of some Solarcaine, do so. It's a topical anesthetic that might help you with the pain. It also helps to hydrate your skin!

I did all the home remedies that I and my mother could remember of my grandmothers. I used aloe with lidocaine, soaked in a tub of cool water with vinegar, even rubbed oatmeal on my skin, nothing was helping.

Tonight at work, my legs started to swell, so I went to the doctor and he shook his finger at me for not using sunscreen and gave me stuff to help with the swelling and pain, and advised more aloe and plenty of water to keep me, and my skin, hydrated.

I look kinda pitiful right now, though.
