This healthcare reform thing.

I've heard both good and bad about it. It seems everywhere you go, people either love it or they hate the very idea of it. But what I can't find is someone, or somewhere, that lays it all out and explains just what the hell Congress just passed. I don't get all the legal speak that the lawyers and reporters use. Can anyone out there explain what the hell's going on to me? Or, if not, can you point me to somewhere that can?
